We Did It. 365 Days. Zero Incidents.
And this Business Enterprises Team made it happen.
There’s something about watching someone hold up a certificate – really hold it up, grinning ear to ear – that stops you in your tracks. That’s exactly what happened at the MTC Business Enterprise Center on May 13th. Pizza. Cake. A big yellow banner covered in signatures. And a room full of people who earned every bite.
A Year in the Making
MTC’s Business Enterprise Center officially reached one full year accident-free – 2025 to 2026. Not a close call. Not almost. A full 365 days of showing up, watching out for each other, and doing it the right way. Every day. Now, that’s a milestone worth celebrating!
The Banner Said It All
Before the celebration, the whole team signed the banner. One by one. Their names written right across “Teamwork Improves SAFETY – Make Safety a Team Goal.” Because that’s exactly what this was. A team achievement. Each certificate presented by John Matatall, Director of Warehouse Operations, carried the name of someone who showed up and made a difference.
The Future is Already Here
It’s been a busy season of growth! MTC has launched RFID TransCore technology for the SunPass transponder production. This isn’t just a new piece of equipment; it’s a total gamechanger for our workflow. By automating the verification process, the machine now “reads” every transponder to ensure the serial numbers are a perfect match before they ever hit a box. Our Series 11 Mini Transponder launch delivered 100% accuracy right out of the gate.
