MTC Will Be Closed Monday, May 25, 2026 for Memorial Day

A Memorial Day Message

This Memorial Day, we think about what freedom really means – and we pause with deep gratitude and reverence for the men and women who gave everything so that we could live freely – so that every American, of every ability, could have the right to pursue a life of their choosing.

At MacDonald Training Center (MTC),
Freedom is not an Abstract Idea –

It is our mission made real.  Freedom to work. Freedom to grow. Freedom to live independently.  The heroes we remember today fought for a world where every person has dignity, opportunity, and the right to belong. We are humbled by their sacrifice. Inspired by their courage. Committed to honoring their legacy.

We Are Grateful

From all of us at MTC – thank you, and we will never forget.

Every dollar donated to MTC is an opportunity for belonging. Where individuals with disabilities have jobs, skills, independence, and community. This Memorial Day, honor a hero in your life with a gift that builds the country they believed in.

“The best way to honor sacrifice is to make it mean something.”
